The Warranty & Service Controller reports directly to the Warranty & Service Manager and is in charge for:

  • Warranty cost monitoring and control;

  • Campaign costs preliminary evaluation and monitoring;

  • Feed-back on warranty reimbursement;

  • Alert on any misalignment;

  • Warranty spending forecast and revision;

  • Financial KPI reporting;

  • Support for administrative issues (interface to Finance)



 

Main activities

 
  • To analyze and report warranty spending figures;
  • To monitor financial KPIs and identify spending allocation;
  • To give feed-back on warranty cost and alert on any misalignment;
  • To provide risk analysis, to provide campaigns cost;
  • To forecast and to monitor Campaign costs;
  • To follow the warranty invoicing operation or administrative issue (e.g. monthly closure);
  • To forecast and revise annual warranty spending
  • Implementing and rolling out new Data analysis system for the forecast activity
  • To interface with Finance controller, by assuring alignment to main common KPI’s



 

Requirements

 
  • Economics or Engineering Master’s Degree
  • 2 years as financial controller is required;
  • previous experience in automotive company is preferred;
  • English proficiency, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus;
  • Technical skills: analytics, budgeting, account, After Sales processes knowledge;
  • Soft skills: Good verbal and presentation skills, problem solving, ability to work under pressure, team working attitude and ability to synthesize
