MISSION

 

The Fleet Manager, focusing on the italian perimeter, will ensure target achievements (volumes, market share, margins and profit) for B2B business in his area of responsibility while proactively developing local sales strategy to reach and overpass targets.

 

He/she will be also responsible for the following: implementing the B2B strategy, reporting KPIs and provide support to the Network; monitor and manage residual value in his/her area of responsibility.

 

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 

 

PERFORMANCE

 

  • Achieve B2B targets of his area (vol, profit, fleet share, margin per unit, RV)
  • Drive tactical commercial campaigns dedicated to the fleet market to achieve sales targets
  • Establish the fleet discount grids per country in connection with head of B2B and country heads
  • Negotiate and manage customer agreements and uphold the relationships with Key Customers (Companies, RAC, Long Term Rental) in term of volumes, financial conditions and logistics planning (delivery, buy back)
  • Monitor profitability of countries’ B2B channels and manage residual value
  • Focus growth on LTR/fleet/SME’s channels as opposed to RAC and Demo / Km0 channel
  • Manage the relationship with FCAB / Leasys and any future Stellantis group financial structure, in order to define common schemes

 

DEVELOPMENT

 

  • Ensure constant relationship with main stakeholders of the local fleet market: LTR companies, Key Accounts; Rent-a-Car (RAC) companies and Residual value setters
  • Identify and implement all market opportunities for B2B business
  • Support the Countries and the dealers in buildup and growth of their local fleet business
  • Train the network to professionalize B2B activities
  • Implement and harmonize the Fleet/B2B policies in its area
  • Impulse meetings with local fleet magazines to present product range and services
  • Implement with countries marketing operations towards/with B2B customers
  • Provide all relevant information concerning his area for TCO calculation

 

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Automotive industry and/or with LTR companies
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Process and dealers organization
  • Relevant experience in B2B area
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Automotive business insights
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (C1 level - minimum); proficiency in French and/or Spanish as a welcome plus
  • Full proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Having an analytical mindset, strong negotiation and teamworking skills
  • Being resilient, results oriented and able to navigate complex environments
